- Why structured Problem Solving techniques are important
- Dealing with problems in the workplace
- Problem solving techniques and their application
- Applying effective corrective action techniques to prevent problem recurrence
- Using problem solving techniques to identify and deal with other improvement opportunities
Successful completion of this unit and associated activities results in EAL certification, and the award of 3 credits towards the EAL Level 2 Certificate in Applying Business Improvement Techniques.
